Elizabeth Wells is the Head of Entrepreneurship at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, which supports women entrepreneurs in low and middle-income countries to build their business knowledge, skills and confidence to empower themselves and their communities. Elizabeth will talk about their HerVenture App and how it can benefit you and your business. HerVenture is a fun, flexible and free award-winning mobile learning app for women entrepreneurs to access the knowledge, skills and confidence to transform their businesses. Since joining the Foundation, Elizabeth has led the delivery of HerVenture and Road to Growth programmes in Vietnam and Indonesia. She has also supported the rollout of programmes in Guyana, Mexico, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. Prior to joining the Foundation, Elizabeth worked at Coffey International Development where she oversaw the delivery of governance and justice reform projects in Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. Elizabeth holds an MA (Hons) in International Relations and Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics.
